Gregory is the Managing Regional Director of BAR Financial. He graduated from Chico State University with a BS in Management and a Minor in Conflict Resolution. Greg entered the financial industry in 1998 as a Compliance Analyst for Franklin Templeton. In 1999, he joined Cetera Advisor Networks, formerly Financial Network Investment Corporation, as a Technology Coordinator where he coached and mentored advisors to improve their operational efficiencies. Following his tenure assisting advisors with technology, Greg managed the FID channel of BAR Financial for 10 years. He worked with the banks and credit unions under the BAR Financial Region where he served as the primary liaison between the program managers and the broker/dealer while providing training to develop and grow the various programs. In 2013, Greg added recruiting and representative development for the BAR Financial retail channel to his responsibilities where he worked with advisors to develop and grow their practices based on the unique needs of their individual practices. While managing both the retail and FID channels for BAR Financial, Greg became a Regional Director for BAR Financial and has served on many advisory committees for the broker/dealer while assisting to grow the Region and its services. BAR Financial is now one of the largest Regions of Cetera Advisor Networks with over 300 representatives.
BAR Financial has large, employee operated OSJ offices throughout the nation located in Concord, CA; Albuquerque, NM; Mechanicsburg, PA; Cleveland, Ohio; and Phoenix, AZ. Greg currently holds his securities registrations including the Series 6, 7, 63, and 24, as well as his life and health insurance license.
Greg and his wife of 26 years live in Livermore, CA. They have 3 children (23, 21, 18). Greg spends his free time outdoors and traveling with his family.
