BAR Financial, LLC, announced the acquisition of Pension Planners Securities, Inc. (PPSI) on July 2, 2008. PPSI currently has 220 registered representatives that produce over $20 million of GDC.
The partners of BAR Financial, LLC - John Brackett, Eric Huck and Anthony Tarantino - welcomed the addition of Gina Duryea, CEO, Jon Neubert, President and Bill Barker, COO.
PPSI's objective in selling was their desire to get back to working with their registered representatives. The structure of BAR Financial and Financial Network Investment Corporation will allow them to do just that.
