Investment Representatives

We take great pride in closely managing our representatives. We provide all training and management support at no cost. All representatives new to BAR Financial are required to attend our 3-day Induction Training. We also offer multiple ongoing training sessions on the local and national levels.

Licensed Platform Employees

Our team specializes in managing turnkey platform fixed annuity solutions that complement successful dedicated programs. We have created and managed some of the most successful platform programs in the country, and provide hands-on tools specifically developed to help Licensed Bank Employees (LBEs) flourish.

Non-Licensed Branch Employees

The relationship between branch employees and the investment representatives is, no doubt, one of the keys to a successful investment program. Not only do we have a library of referral training materials, we offer several referral and incentive programs that address this correlation.
